Etech Networks offers fast and reliable delivery for IT hardware, networking and AV equipment across the UK.
Delivery options and charges depend on the size and weight of your order. Smaller items are sent via
parcel courier, while large or heavy items may require pallet delivery.

Important Delivery Notes
Please note:
- All delivery prices are subject to VAT.
- Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
- Prices quoted apply to UK mainland only. Postcode restrictions apply. Highland, offshore and remote locations will require a manual delivery quotation.
- Weight, size and postcode exceptions may apply. Please read our Terms & Conditions for full details.
- Small-item parcel delivery prices are based on orders up to 20kg that can be sent via standard courier. Orders over 20kg may incur additional delivery surcharges.
- Bulky or oversized items that cannot be shipped by standard courier will require pallet delivery.
- Delivery timescales are based on estimates from our courier partners. Occasionally these may vary, and we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.
- All delivery services require a signature on arrival. Please ensure someone is present to receive the goods.
